Brilliant straw yellow color, with golden hues and some greenish notes that give it more brilliance. On the nose it releases exotic fruit scents, harmonious and persistent fully expresses the characteristics of the grape variety.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C FORMAT: 75 cl GROWTH SYSTEM: Espalier HARVEST: By hand in boxes VINIFICATION: Softly pressed destemming and sudden lowering of the temperature to 8-10°C. After 12 hours of rest in the tank, the must is cleaned of coarse lees and then there is inoculation of the selected yeast and fermentation proceeds at 14°C until the must reaches 10/12 degrees Babo. At this point the must is racked into barrels and through repeated batonnage three times a day, until the sugars are exhausted we obtain more structure. Racked into tanks, it rests on the lees for two months with further batonnage. Fermentation in steel for half the period necessary, the second half takes place in barrique with further batonnage. AGING: Steel for 8 months with repeated racking. Tartaric stabilization at cold -5°C before bottling.
